With 60 hours of theoretical training and 100 hours of supervised clinical training, the Nurse Assistant training Program at South Bay School of Nursing will develop all the necessary skills of the student which are required to become a proficient CNA.
The School offers wide range of flexibility in terms of availability of classes as it features both morning and afternoon classes along with weekend classes to choose from. 1 instructor would be allotted to teach a group of 15 students at a time. The College doesn't offers a CNA program but it features a Licensed Vocational Nursing program which provides you a hands-on experience with industrial training preparing you to work as a LPN and help people who are in need.
The Course provides approx. 900 hours of overall training which is approved by California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians. There are certain admission requirements you would need to fulfill such as going through the admission interview and career planning session, an entrance test, and providing a proof of high school degree etc.
